100% FOAM
Our 100% foam collars are built for maximum durability and can handle almost anything you throw at them. With no air chambers and a foam core that absorbs virtually no water, you can rely on them to perform consistently whenever you need them.
HYBRID 80% FOAM, 20% AIR
Our hybrid collar system truly delivers the best of both worlds. You get the built‑in safety and redundancy of a foam core, paired with the soft, comfortable feel of an air collar. Internal springs positioned at the center keep the foam securely in place, preventing any shifting inside the collar. These springs also flex under pressure, so when someone sits on the collar, it naturally gives and moves with them.
100% AIR
Our 100% air collar system is the most budget‑friendly option we offer. Each collar is built with multiple internal urethane bladders, which makes repairs—and even full bladder replacements—quick and straightforward. They’re also incredibly comfortable to sit on, something any RIB owner can appreciate.
What makes our collars so rugged?

We start with premium, high‑grade materials engineered to handle whatever conditions you throw at them—and then some. Our collars are built to take real abuse. In fact, if you catch us at a boat show, don’t be surprised if there’s a big axe nearby and we invite you to give the collar a solid hit. It’s the easiest way to show just how tough these systems really are.
What makes our collars so safe?
The tough outer skin of our collars is designed purely for UV protection and abrasion resistance. Inside, each collar contains multiple urethane air bladders. In our patented hybrid configuration, those bladders are filled with 80% foam and surrounded by a soft cushion of air. This approach gives you the comfort and ride quality of an air collar, while still delivering the built‑in safety and redundancy of a foam system. On a RIB, that means every single air chamber could be punctured and you would still retain roughly 80% of your flotation, without losing your side‑sheet stability.

MATERIALS
The foam inside our collars isn’t ordinary by any stretch. We use EPE (expanded polyethylene) foam, which delivers more than 60 lbs of flotation per cubic foot. It’s exceptionally lightweight, absorbs virtually no water, stands up to fuel and chemical exposure, resists impacts, and maintains its shape even after repeated compression.
